As of March 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a modest increase in our service fees. However, we want to assure you that we will honor the current costings for all bookings made prior to this date. This means that any reservations made before March 1st will be charged at the existing rates, regardless of the service dates.
We understand that the increasing cost of living has been widely covered in the news, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Our decision to adjust prices is necessary to maintain the quality standards and exceptional care that you and your pets deserve.
Please note that all services, including dog boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming prices, will be subject to a $2 increase. The only exception to this adjustment is cat boarding, which will see a more modest increase of $1. We have carefully considered these adjustments to ensure fairness and accommodate the diverse needs of our valued clients.
We want to be transparent about the reasons for this change. The primary driving factor is the rising cost of living in Australia. Over the years, we have witnessed an increase in operational expenses such as wages, utilities, and supplies.
